1. Temperature Control
Temperature control is important because it allows you to set the desired temperature and maintain it. This is especially useful when you are making something that needs to be cooked slowly, such as meatloaf or chili. 2. Humidity Control Answer: Humidity control is important because it helps prevent mold growth. Mold grows quickly in warm humid conditions.
2. Condenser Coils
Condensers are used to remove moisture from the air. It works by passing cool air over hot coils. The warm air is cooled down and becomes dry air. 3. Fan Speed Answer: Fan speed controls how fast the fan moves. A slower fan moves less air but keeps the environment cooler. A faster fan moves more air but creates a hotter environment.
3. Evaporator Coils
Evaporators are used to remove moisture form the air. It works because of the principle of evaporation. Hot air is blown over cold surfaces. This causes the surface to absorb the moisture from the air. 4. Heat Exchanger Answer: Heat exchangers transfer heat between two fluids. In a refrigerator, the heat exchange takes place between the refrigerant and the surrounding air. Air is drawn into the evaporator coil where it absorbs heat from the refrigerant. As the air passes through the condenser coil, it gives off the absorbed heat to the surroundings.
4. Condenser Fan
A fan circulates the air in the condenser coil. The fan draws air through the coils and pushes it back into the freezer. 5. Refrigeration Cycle Answer: A refrigeration cycle consists of four parts: compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator.
5. Thermistor
Thermistors are used to measure the temperature of a liquid or gas. It works by measuring the resistance of the material. 6. Thermostat Answer: A thermostat controls the flow of electricity to the heating element. It senses the temperature of the environment and turns the power off if the temperature is below a certain level.
6. Evaporator Fan
An evaporator fan is used to cool air in order to remove moisture from the air. 7. Thermostatic Mixing Valve Answer: A thermocouple is a type of electrical sensor that measures the temperature of a medium. It consists of two wires joined together at one end. One wire goes into the hot side of the process while the other goes into the cold side. The junction between the two wires acts as a reference point.

A refrigerator is a mechanical appliance designed to store food items below freezing temperatures. Refrigerators are available in different sizes and capacities depending upon the needs of the user. Most modern refrigerators are built using the principles of vapor compression technology. This allows the refrigerator to maintain low temperatures even when the compressor is off.
1. Condenser Fan Motor
If the fan motor is not working properly, the condenser coil will not cool the air. This will result in warm air being blown into the refrigerator causing the freezer to freeze up. To fix this problem, turn off the power switch and remove the back panel from the unit. Remove the two screws holding the top panel in place. Then lift the top panel away from the bottom panel. Next, remove the four screws holding the condenser assembly in place. Finally, replace the top panel and secure it using the four screws. 2. Door Seal Answer: To repair the door seal, open the refrigerator door and pull out the ice maker tray. Remove the rubber gasket from the back side of the door. Clean the gasket with rubbing alcohol and reattach it to the refrigerator door.
2. Evaporator Fan Motor
To fix the evaporator fan motor, turn off the power supply and disconnect the wires connected to the fan motor. Disconnect the wire harness from the evaporator fan motor. Remove the fan motor from the evaporator. Replace the fan motor and reconnect the wiring harness. 3. Ice Maker Tray Answer: To remove the ice maker tray, remove the three screws located on the lower right corner of the ice maker tray. Slide the ice maker tray out of the refrigerator.
3. Start Relay
Turn off the power switch. Open the back panel of the refrigerator. Remove the relay module. Connect the positive + terminal to the +12V DC power source. Connect the negative – terminal to the -12V DC power source the ground. Close the back panel of the fridge. Turn on the power switch. 4. Water Filter Cartridge Answer: To replace the filter cartridge, open the door of the refrigerator. Pull the bottom drawer out. Unscrew the two screws holding the filter cartridge holder in place. Remove the old cartridge. Install the new cartridge. Screw the holder into place.

Why does my freezer work but not the refrigerator compartment?
Maytag fridges are known to get very hot during operation. This is because of the way the compressor works. It uses a gas refrigerant to cool down the air inside the refrigerator. As the gas expands, it absorbs heat from the surrounding environment. This process is called evaporation. The gas evaporates into liquid form and releases heat into the surrounding area. So if your fridge gets really hot, it could mean that the compressor is working hard to cool down the air. This is why you should check the fan motor and other parts of the compressor to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Why is my Maytag refrigerator not cooling but freezer is?
Maytag refrigerators are designed to cool down. However, if the compressor stops working, the fridge won’t be able to cool down anymore. This could happen because of many reasons such as; the compressor stopped working, the fan stopped working, the evaporator coil stopped working, the thermostat stopped working, the door seals broke, the ice maker stopped making ice, the ice tray broke, the door handle broke, the light bulb burned out, the power supply failed, the motor failed, the condenser coils failed, the evaporator coils failed, the compressor failed, the fan belt broke, the fan blade broke, the fan motor failed, the fan switch failed, the fan motor fuse blew, the fan motor shorted, the fan motor tripped, the fan motor burnt out, the fan motor was replaced, the fan motor was repaired, the fan motor was cleaned, the fan motor was lubricated, the fan motor was adjusted, the fan motor was rewired, the fan motor
Why is my Maytag fridge not getting cold?
If the freezer works but the refrigerator doesn’t, chances are the compressor isn’t working properly. This could be caused by a bad connection between the compressor and the evaporator coil. To fix this problem, disconnect the power supply from the wall socket and remove the ice maker. Then, turn off the power supply to the freezer. Next, open the door to the freezer and check if the compressor is still running. If it is, replace the ice maker. If it isn’t, try replacing the compressor.
