Ice in clumps

If the ice chute becomes blocked, the ice maker will stop making ice. This could happen if the ice chute gets clogged with debris from the freezer door.
To fix this problem, open the freezer door and remove any debris that may be blocking the ice chute. Then, clean the ice chute using warm water and soap.
After cleaning, let the chute dry completely. Close the freezer door and turn off the power switch. Turn the unit back on and check whether the ice maker is working properly again.
Raker bar jammed

1) Open the door of the freezer
2) Remove the plastic liner from the bottom of the freezer
3) Press down on the top of the freezer
4) Turn the dial clockwise until the indicator lights stop flashing
5) Set the timer for 24 hours
6) Close the door
7) Wait for the unit to defrost
8) Once the unit is fully defrosted, remove the liner
9) Reset the timer
10) Reinstall the liner
11) Repeat Steps 1 – 10 every month
