Sub-Zero Error Codes – Solutions
If you get error code “E01” while using your refrigerator, it indicates that the compressor is not working properly. This could be caused by many reasons such as bad wiring, faulty fan motor, defective thermostat, or even a loose connection. To fix this problem, you need to replace the compressor. It is recommended to call a professional technician to repair this issue.
1. EC06
EC06 is a common error code found on refrigerators. It usually occurs if the freezer door is left open for a long period of time. In order to resolve this problem, you need only to shut down the refrigerator and wait until the error message disappears. 2. E02 Answer: This error code is related to the ice maker. If you see this error code, you need to check whether the ice maker is plugged into the wall socket or not. If it is not connected, you need to connect it again.
2. EC20
If you see this error code on your refrigerator, you need to clean the condenser fan filter. This filter is located near the evaporator coil. Cleaning this filter helps to prevent the compressor from overheating. 3. E03 Answer: This is the error code related to the air conditioner. If you see this code on your refrigerator, it indicates that the cooling system needs to be serviced.

This error code is related to the refrigerant level sensor. It is used to check whether the refrigerant level is sufficient or not. 4. E01 Answer: This code is related to the door lock switch. If you see this error code, it indicates that the door lock switch is faulty.
