We take a unique, fresh outlook on serving a homestyle, casual dinner menu that provides great food along with a welcoming experience. We use locally sourced items when possible, with a flexible weekly menu that is enticing, and affordable for everyone in your family!

Catering Opportunities

Fork & Spoon Homestyle Kitchen is excited to announce the launch of our catering and space rental program out of our newly-renovated restaurant. Think of us for your next meeting, conference or special event! Our menu has a wide variety of offerings prepared by our professional kitchen staff, as well as a full range of coffee drinks from our friends at Higher Ground Coffee Hut.
From a simple breakfast to custom, made-to-order pizzas, we will work with you to create the perfect event to suit your needs. We also offer rental of our brand-new dining room and fully equipped commercial kitchen. Best of all, proceeds directly benefit Fork & Spoon, Montana’s only social enterprise restaurant.

Social Enterprise 

Fork & Spoon is Montana’s first and only social enterprise restaurant. A social enterprise is a business or organization whose profit supports the common good. A social enterprise applies traditional business strategies to generate sustainable income and profit, which in turn are reinvested into the organization to advance a chosen social mission. Examples of successful social enterprises around the country include LA KitchenHomeboy Industries, and Chrysalis.

Fork & Spoon operates as a social enterprise in several ways. Our pay what you can model generates a nightly income from patrons who are able to contribute towards their meal, which in turn offsets the cost of diners who were unable to contribute the full amount of their meal cost. Fork & Spoon also runs several for-profit ventures, including catering and space rental, and all profits generated from these programs go directly back into Fork & Spoon.

Fork & Spoon also works closely with Higher Ground Coffee Hut, a social enterprise with a dual mission: producing a sustainable revenue stream for Fork & Spoon and delivering vocational training for young adults.  All profits from Higher Ground are directed toward supporting Fork & Spoon, while Higher Ground baristas train young adults in culinary and barista arts to prepare them for the local workforce.
